Marshall Hickey is a well-known entrepreneur in the oil and gas industry, recognized for his role as the founder and CEO of Titus Oil & Gas, LLC in the Delaware Basin Subregion. Under Hickey’s leadership, the company produces 9,000 net barrels of oil equivalent per day and operates two drilling rigs, all while carrying zero debt.

Karl P. Richter is the Senior Vice President of Land for Titus LCV LLC and a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) with over 40 years of experience combined in the upstream, midstream and downstream segments of the energy industry.

Micah has 19 years of project development & legal experience in the Utilities / power sector. He is responsible for managing all engineering aspects, coordinating with ERCOT, utilities, and contractors. His experience in leading construction teams, coordinating subcontractors, and managing equipment and truck fleets grants invaluable expertise in the procurement of materials for renewable energy projects.

Jason McDonald is an accomplished energy project developer, engineer, and asset manager with over two decades of experience leading large-scale renewable energy initiatives across North America.
